Good News

I have relocated the source of gluteal globularity! sometimes one has to make up a word of one's own.
Bicycling! Oh there is hope for a quarter-bouncable, do-my-panties-proud butt in my future!

What kind of bicycling? The upright one or the one that makes you lean over the bike? Do tell!

Racing style bike! Men's- I like the stability of the cross bar. Standing-up riding seems to help my bum! wicked gravity... my 18 year old butt was so- perky.
The stationary gym bikes on the fat burning and alternate incline cycles seem to help, too!
